Surrender Policy
PA Pit Stop is unable to accept stray pets or pets being surrendered / rehomed by its current owner.
The following form is only for pre-approved surrender situations when an animal is being accepted into the Rescue. This form is most often used for recordkeeping when transferring animals between organizations (ie: from one rescue to another). This form is for internal use only, not for public or homeowner surrenders.
Surrender Forms completed without pre-approval will be disregarded.
